Default Just installed the 12bolt, now a "rubbing" sound

Like the title says. I had the car in the air this morning, and it sounds like the rubbing is coming from inside the left rear rotor. The rotors are new, as well are the emergency brake shoes.

Not sure if this is something that will work itself out in a few miles, or if I need to replace the rotor?

If the rear is not centered well your springs can be rubbing the outside rotor lip(Not sure what they call it). In other words check your springs from the inside for contact points.

Maybe the emergency brake shoe is dragging inside the rotor hat.

I'm wondering if the rotor isn't warped. I only get the rubbing in a certain spot.

always something...

try yanking the emergency brake up and putting it down a bunch of times!

is the rear end centered? is a tire rubbing or somthing? my moser 12 is abou 1/4" off center, and i dont have an adjustable panhard rod, so i cant fix it yet.

I found it. There is a thin metal brake dust cover that got smashed during the install. a pair of needle nose pliers fixed it right up.

Thanks for the help guys.
