Default Looking at a rear gear change

My stock gear in my 2000 Z28 is a 2.93. I am thinking about switching to a 3.28 made by slp. Would this be a noticable change in my car? Im trying to get a gear for more power to the wheels but keep good gas mileage.
Thanks, Steven

Gear ratios are 2:73,3:23,3:42,3:73,4:10. If ya want decent gas mileage and good overall gear try the 3:42 if ya got the 2:73s! Look at Speed Inc they have good priced geaes alot lower than SLP!
