Jason, AAM gears are "OEM" and they have a new 2 cut process on them that on axle dyno's they can not break them. just my .02

I purchased a set of Timken 3.73 gears, very well known name with the machinest crowd. I also had these gears "Cryod" before the install

Timken does not make gears. They may have been re-boxed by DT components, which would either make them imported gears or AAM's depending on what the "made in" sticker said.

Thanks for the tip, I will check the box when I get home to see where the gears came from.

SteveC

Just got home and checked the box, here's what it says:

GM75373-OE
Made in USA

I e mailed Timken to find out the provider of the gears.
