Default Corvette Rear

I was wondering how people with corvettes can beef up there rear-end. Im talking say you have 900 hp to the wheels what do u need in order to launch at 5k? Do u just need to swap to a solid rear or what?

900hp and 5k launches, bye bye half shafts. You would almost deffinetly have to go to a solid axle. You can get them to take some power, but not that much, and not with high rpm launches.
