Default 9" or 12 bolt

What do you guys recommend 9" or 12 bolt for a camaro with around 400 horses. Rare track time and no slicks.

12 bolt...if like turning in parkin lots..lol actually im still on my 10 bolt..no whine yet...but ill be honest w/ u thats a high dyno read and im planning on having it redone....im probably around 380..
