Default Speed diff. between 3.73 and 4.10 gears

I have been trying to find some info on the top speed in each gear on a m6 car with 3.73s and 4.10s. If anyone has seen a thread on it let me know.

I tried the f-body one, and the numbers didn't really seem correct to me based on what I have seen in my car. Not only that, when I put in for a taller tire, the mph numbers came down for some reason. I will check out the other one.

Hmmm...that site has been around for quite a while. I always use it to make sure my speedo is correct after reprogramming. I went there and changed the M6 tire diameter from stock 25.66 w/3.73's to 27.66, recalculated, and got a six MPH increase at 2K RPM in high gear.

my dad put 4.30's in his Firehawk M6, at 1800 rpm it goes 60 mph.
2000 rpm = 68 mph, 4000 rpm = 130 mph, hope this helps if you can't decide on a ratio
