Default Leaking rearend?

Should there be any type of leak anywhere on the rearend? I noticed yesterday while under my car that there were deffinate stains all around the rearend housing and then starting to creep up on both axles! Is this normal seepage? Thanks for your help.

Mine was doing that also, and I checked it out, and it was the rear pinion seal that was leaking. I put a new seal in, and it's all fine now. You might want to check that after you check to see if the cover is leaking.

Probably the pinion seal. Notorious with the 10 bolt rearends.
