Eaton or Detroit posi with a new Moser??

Default Eaton or Detroit posi with a new Moser??

I am about to order a new Moser 12 bolt, and Im wondering if I should go witht eh Eaton or Detroit posi (it offers both). Someone let me know what the differences are and what they recommend

The Detroit isn't a posi unit, it is a locker. If the car is primarily a street car I would just go with an Eaton. If it is a drag car go with the locker.

Actually Detroit makes a Locker & a True Track posi. I really like the Detroit True track. I think that's what Moser offers is the True Track & not the Detroit locker.

If I had the choice & I did, I would get the Detroit True Track.

Tru trac only comes in a 3 series version right now,I would use it if it fits your application.
