I did not see any improvement. In fact my 60' times were worse, due to the fact that I had a hard time hooking up now. I may just have to get use to them, but no great improvements right off. My headers made the most improvement so far.

my 60ft improved as well, I gained an average 2 tenths but did get some 3-4 tenth gains that I hadn't before the gears. In my LT1 I had a harder time hooking up than with the LS1, I guess cause the LS1 has its power higher up, I haven't noticed any bad traction issues since getting them, you just have to feather into the gas instead of slamming it down, and the difference in pull is much much better, the car moves smoothly and easily up to speed and there is a noticable difference in low rpm torque, launching before gave me engine bogs at to low an rpm, now it just zips right off without much clutch effort, and I don't have to push the throttle down as much as I did before in normal city driving. I really hated the fact that it took so long to hit good power which seems to be right around 3000 rpm, with the stock gears it just seemed to drag along before getting up in the powerband, now I'm there in no time. I really think these cars should have come from the factory with these gears, there is no downs to them, and my highway rpms are still great 1900 rpm at 70mph! I kinda wish I had gone with more gear like the 4.56's
