i'd like to find a factory ford trac-lok 28 spline. or a whole center section w/ gears. no one around here has one. they are rare or something? 31 splines are everywhere. can get the whole axle w/ posi for $75.
i cant afford a whole new setup.
anyone know where i can find one? or have one for sale?

Have you checked ebay? They have TONS of 9" parts on there, new and used.

Or call a local junk yard... I think that was the most common stock config.

theres only complete new centers on ebay, usually up there in price. and the posi thy had on last i checked was 200. and said it might need to be rebuilt.

also 28 spline posi are not that commom. at least the junk yards around here say they are hard to come by.
