Default my rear end is leaking a lot from the front

the rear end has always leaked a little bit, the standard camaro leak, but when i pulled the car out of the garage today there were drip marks and stains under the rear end. it looks like the rear is leaking from the front around the driveshaft, the underside of the car is soaked and the muffler is covered as well.

so is there anything i can do? is this signs of bad things to come?

just got done with a 1500 mile trip 2 days ago

the car is a 1999 camaro SS that just hit 60k miles

A simple pinion seal change should cure your problems.

any tips or tricks on doing that? is that as simple as changing the tailshaft seal was?

i'm starting to think my driveshaft might not be balanced now that both seals are leaking ... and the tailshaft seal was replaced a year ago.
