Default Can a 3 channel Strange 12 bolt work in a 4 channel car?

If so, what needs to be done? The ABS sensor on the 3 channel rear end is located at the top of the pumpkin as a 4 channel's sensors are located at the axles ends.

By the way, the car that it's going in currently has a 10 bolt in it. Its a 4 channel car and need to know if a 3 channel 12 bolt will work. I'm not worried about the TCS working, all I'm really concerned about is keeping the ABS. Thanks.

The 3 channel 12 Bolt should be able to be adapted to work with the 4 channel system. All you need to do is press on reluctor wheels on the axles and get 4 channel backing plates. I assume you already have the wiring harness/sensors for the 4 channel system? With the 4 channel system, it is either ABS/TCS or none at all. Can't just have ABS in a 4 channel system since they work together.

the axles must be machined for the reluctor rings to be pressed on, so the answer is no. it will not work unless you have new axles done.
