Default issues with my 10 bolt

my pinion seal was leaking....i mean leaking bad, and i had a slight rattle/shake, when i made a turn once and awhile. soo i replaced the seal, and put new axle seals in it. put everything back together, and i drove it home....

sounded great leaving my bros shop...no shakes rattles hopping nothing at all, soo i get on the highway and its fine. I rip the gears no sounds no problems. 20 mins. later i get to my off ramp, and i make the turn to get on the other road and.....klunk hop shake rattle and roll....its making crazy noises, sooo im pissed take it to my house. Jack the car up...everything seems tigh pinon is tight axels...everything!!! soo i let it sit. Then hour and half later i go to get in my car to go to my buddys...5 mins away and it runs fine....perfect...doesnt do anything...same with on the way home

soo when my fluid gets hot is when it makes nosies now....what the heck!!!!!!!!

Doesn't the SS's get the Auburn posi unit? If so, I would have to agree with Stang Killer. The Auburn units have clutch packs and not gears like a Torsen. If you ran it low on fluid before you got the seal replaced, it probably has been damaged. Besides, replacing just the seal without replacing the pinion spacer is a risky fix anyway. Some get lucky and some don't. But it sounds like you have bigger problems at the moment.
