Default Is stock posi rebuildable?

Is it the cone or clutch style? Just curious. If it's rebuildable I can do it myself. Really don't need a 9" yet. Mine's mostly stock and will probably stay that way. Just want both rear tires to spin at the same time again.

Nope. It is neither a cone nor clutch style, but rather a worm gear setup. It is a Zexel-Torsen unit. It needs no adjustment and has no serviceability. Pretty much if it goes out, you just replace it with a new one or an aftermarket rebuildable one.
