Question Bearing or Hub Assembly?

Since I'm going to be rebuilding my 10 bolt (yes, I know, please, no responses on switching to a 12 bolt ), I'm also going to change my axle bearings as a precautionary measure (76K+ miles). When I look at the replacement parts, in addition to the standard bearings and seals, I see a Bearing & Hub Assembly offered as a replacement. Since most hub assemblies are unitized, is there some kind of modification required of the axle tube to receive it? Has anyone had any experience with these replacement parts?

Thanks in advance.

Just did my axle bearings last night. You need a rear axle bearing and seal for each side. Cost me $30 at autozone for both wheelbearings and seals. Youll also need a slide hammer and a wheel bearing puller attachment. I borrowed mine from AZ.
