Its really not how much power they can hold, but how its applied. I have found that it will last longer if you leave the stock gears in it. I have a stack of timeslips luanching on a 100shot and et street with stock gears. I put 4:10's in and there where awesome on the street but the diff. broke the first time at the track. My advise is don't bother putting gears in the car. Just save up for that 12bolt.

A whole bunch.......... if you never hook it up.

Its not really a question of how much it can handle. Its more of a question of when it is going to fail.
