3.73's back to 3.42's in A4....Bad?

3.73's back to 3.42's in A4....Bad? I wrote another post the other day were i had just purchased a whole rearend from a 00 Z28 M6 in exscellent condition. My differential is shot and i currently have 3.73's in my car now. My question is if i just go ahead and put this whole rear under my car with the 3.42's in it, will i see a big difference or loss in acceleration. I know that my 3.23 to 3.73 gear change was not really hugely noticable? Thanks
