Vibration above 65mph
Just installed a moser 9" in my car along wih umi torque arm and panhard bar. And now from 65-up it has a vibtration thats progressively gets worse as the speed increases. I took the driveshaft today and had it ballanced, and also had the tires balanced, and the problem still exist. Car has hoosier qtp 27x11.5, draglite, 4.22 gear. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
thanks

Check the suspension section. There's a long thread on this...many, many pages. I have the same issue since my 9" install. For one thing, the new parts do a much better job of telegraphing all the vibration and noise that you used to never hear into the car. Also make sure you get the new rear centered under the car, as well as the pinion angle set correctly. After new tires, and some quality time with a drive on lift, angle finder and some wrenches my vibration decreased significantly.
