Default GM does not sell POSI parts?

I took the POSI unit out of our 93 Auto Z28 that we had laying around (it was wrecked). I wanted to take it out and sell it to someone I knew so he could put it in his S-10. We pulled it out and the spring retainer is broken. The GM dealership said that you had to buy the whole unit and cannot purchase individual parts. Is there an aftermarket company that sells individual parts or am I screwed? I would really like to sell it as it has 38k miles on it and I have a buyer. Please help!

Auburn has service kits available for the springs and plates, the part number you need is 541016.

Scott, do you know if the Zexel Torsen Diff is rebuildable and if so, do you sell the kits?

I have a high mileage stock 10 bolt that I want to sell and I would like to either rebuild it or offer the buyer a place where they can buy it.

No, the worm gears are matched from the factory so the whole unit would have to be replaced.
