get one from one of the many sponsors that sell them . there are a few that sell the moser setup , theres billinsney, a few others too i think.
if your thinking a basic 9" housing out of a ford vehicle there would be a lot of work requried if it even was the correct lenths and get all the correct mointing points welded on

I can get you a Moser housing with the torque arm bracket, plus axles for $950.00 shipped. This would save you money in the long run, not to mention considerable frustration and possibly new words to be added to Webster's... Bob

I just bought a Moser housing/axle package. The quality is absolutely astounding. The welds are first rate, on par with the welds we apply robotically here at Caterpillar. The entire assembly was new- no reused/sandblasted Ford parts. The housing material was extra thick, the brackets were very impressive. I can't recommend them highly enough. These guys are obviously professional engineers producing a designed component rather than a craftsman creating a somewhat handcrafted, one-off part just for you.
I'll never consider a backyard shop job when there's a Moser part available again. The small price premium just isn't worth the risk.

Going to a junkyard and scrounging for Bronco rear end will be a pain. Bronco's are popular first off, and then the parts you are looking are 25 years old. Worst case you have to sandblast the housing too. It adds up.
