HELP what did I do wrong

HELP what did I do wrong I just installed my sphon TA and bmr double adjustable lca's. I drove to VA this weekend to take my daughter to Chucky Cheese and when I was going up there I noticed the car was pulling to the left just a tad. Well anyway I went back under the car today to adjust the left rear wheel in just a bit and noticed that I have gear oil dripping off of my TA. Did the lca's out of adjustment cause this. If so what is the proper way to adjust them. If not what did I mess up. I only drove about 250 miles since the install. Thanks for any help.
I will be having my 3:73's next week so I can get the seal replced then if that's all it is.
