Default temperature of rearend with new gear

what temps should I be warry of with my new 3.73 gear along with all the bearings and races?

I already performed the 3 drive cycles for heating for 10min, 30 min break.

and after a 40 mile trip last night i measured the temp on the outside and it was 130 Fahrenheit

should I be worried about too much heat? or just drive it?
