Default Noticable difference 410 --- back down to a 350

Hello I currently have a 4:10 gear in my 94 z28 turbocharged m6. I recently picked up a moser 9" with a 350 gear. Going from a 4:10 down to a 350 will help the turbo spool up more correct?? - I should notice a huge difference then right? Or going with a 4:10 gear better for turbocharged applications

It will be easier to hold the car since you have less torque multiplication with the 3.50 ratio.
