LCAs, torque arm, LCA relocation brackets.... I'm pretty sure just about everything is transferrable to a 12 bolt. d girdle will help with makin a 10 bolt last . also you can weld up the axle tubes.

All those items will help in the traction department and traction is what kills the ten bolts.I would suggest a 225/70/15 bias ply tire from the 1970's your rearend should last forever.A girdle is about it but it won't transfer to a 12 bolt.

If all you have done to your car is what's listed in your sig you shouldn't have any worries about breaking the rear.

Yea, if the rear was new, but its not, its just about 140k miles old, Its prolly been beat on too, still sure it will hold? its funny that you say 225's, I think thats what I have... I usually don't hook for ****, but I did hook on a 2-3 power shift today and she really jerked me back into my seat HARD...

It doesn't take much with an m6 especially with that many miles. An lt1 with its low end grunt paired with sticky tires is more than enough to do damage. But as long as your not doing 4000+rpm clutch dumps you should be fine if your just running normal radials especially 225's.

Actually wheel hop is what kills the 10 bolt and those items will eliminate that. Or at least it should. A cover will help also.
With that many miles on it I would be saving my money for the 12 bolt though.

True but my car never had wheelhop and my rear went with 10500 on the odometer but that was with slicks and nitrous
