Default Painting/Coating rear end

Looking for any new suggestions for painting a rear. My last 10 bolt I stripped, cleaned and POR 15'd the thing (metal ready, POR 15, chassis coat black). It was a pretty involved process, so I'm looking to see if anyone's had great results with something like a sray on etching primer and paint?
The POR 15'd 10 bolt looks good, but the Chassis coat top coat seems like it scrapes off pretty easily and reveals the silver POR 15 coat underneath it.

You need to scuff the POR15 before top coat. It gets too hard and smooth for the top coat to stick.

LOL....well that makes sense now! I should have taken a piece of 300 grit or something and ran over it quickly.
