Default 4.10 and topend pull

Will I have a weaker 3rd gear pull (I hwy race as well) or will the only thing affected be the top speed?

The car will pull harder in all gears due to the increased mechanical advantage the deeper gear offers. Your top speed may actually increase depending on your power level because you may be able to pull 6th gear longer. Also depends on what RPM your rev limiter is set at.
