Default Rotors won't fit over backing plates

Hey guys, I'm installing my Dana 60, and I'm to the point of putting the rotors and calipers back on. The rotors do not fit over the backing plates, I've tried my after market rotors and my OEM's, neither fit. Its as if there is too much material on the E-brake ring. Has anyone run into this? Any solutions?

You just may have shifted the parking brakes a little out of whack. With your hands try and press them more towards the center until the rotor slides on. It will work (providing you don't have the ebrake engaged or something silly like that).
