3.90's or 4.10's for m6?

3.90's or 4.10's for m6? Is there a big difference between 3.90 gears and 4.10's? I'm trying to decide on which to get for my m6, and noticed that 3.90's are now available for the stock 10 bolt. What do you guys think? Would I feel much of a difference between the two in acceleration? What about gas mileage?
