Default opinions... 3.90's in A4 10 bolt

I have a 99 LS1 camaro with the torquer V2, Stage II LS6 heads, 3500 stall.
The car is not a daily driver, will see occasional highway use. What does eveyone think about 3.90's in a A4 10 bolt or should I go with the 3.73's

I'm wondering the same thing. Who makes 3.90's for a 2 series carrier 7.5?

I made a phone call to Thunder Racing about this new 3.90 gear by Motive.I was told,it will make your car have high RMP level.I also spoke to another guy at a local performance shop, and he said the same thing about high RMP levels. The guy at Thunder Racing said, stick with the 3.73 gear.

It will be lower RPM than 4.10s, which are regularly run in our cars. Depends on your needs and your car!

do you need the spacer to convert them from a 3 series to a 2 series?
