Just had u-joint changed..and rear fluid changed and now a ticking sound

Just had u-joint changed..and rear fluid changed and now a ticking sound I don't get it...I just replaced a u-joint and fluid and put in the additive and now i'm getting a tick from my driveshaft/rear....Any ideas...Could the u-joint be screwed up..Thanks...
