Default 9" moser, 1350 yoke, driveshaft length, t-56?

I have a 96 Z28 with the t-56 transmission and I am about to buy a 9" moser housing/axle package and get a ford center section to go with it. I'm assuming the ford 9" center section is the same size as moser's center section. But until I have the money to get a better driveshaft I was going to use the stock one with a 1350 yoke. I have read somewhere that the 1350 standard yoke will work but the 1350 billet yoke will make the driveshaft a 1/2 inch to long when hooking the driveshaft to a 9" rear end. I'm not sure if this is true, but if it is I don't know if this applies to someone with a t-56 transmission or just the automatic. Thanks for any help.

What is the stock length from center to center (u-joints) and also the length from the rear center of the u-joint to the end of the front of the yoke?

TIA!

To everyone that says their stock length driveshaft worked with the 9" rear, were all of you using the standard 1350 yoke? And am I right in saying that this is the shorter yoke compared to the billet 1350 yoke? Also is the driveshaft in the LS1 the same length as the one in the LT1?

I have the Moser with the billet yoke. It is true that the OEM driveshaft is the wrong length, 1/2" sounds right. The point is that you shouldn't be using the stock driveshaft in the first place, it's not strong enough to handle the shock of a M6 tranny. Denny's Nitrous is good for 2,000hp and has a lifetime guarantee.
