Default Nodular vs Standard Iron 9" Case? Launch? Nitrous?

I know the Nodular Cases are stronger but does anyone know how much horsepower the regular 9" Standard Iron Case can handle? Also if you say it can handle 400rwhp or so, would that mean it can handle that amount of horsepower with a 4k to 5k rpm launch or does that also depend on the gears I use for this regular case? and Could I still put 150 shot of nitrous on top of that as long as it would be used in 3rd or higher gear? I would think the nitrous wouldn't be near as hard on the 9" case if used at a higher gear or am I wrong. Thanks for any help.

Stock Ford cases are good for mid 10's then the caps will break. The Strange S casting is good for high 9's and they don't add too much more to the cost.

I've been told about 400 hp on a standard case. My friend broke one with around 500 hp. 6 speed car!
