wheel bearing replacment? Need instruction (somewhat)

Default wheel bearing replacment? Need instruction (somewhat)

Is there a right up on this anywhere to make my life easier or can anyone tell me how its done or the procedure, before i tear into it. It getting bad i just went to tighten the lugs on the rear and the drivers side wheels move about half inch back and forth and it pops when i take off turning left. Well if anyone can that would be appreciated if not then

Thats not your axle bearings . Sounds likeyou may have busted a side gear or pininion gear (commonly called spider gears) .

But just to let you know you will have some in and out axle shaft movement. That is the nature of C-clip axle assemblies. But 1/2 is way too much.

Can you pull the axle cover and inspect ?

yea the popping and movement is the control arm bushing. So i ended up replaceing the bearings anyway. now i need control arms. I am going after market.
