Default 342 gear and slicks 6 speed

Can we dump the clutch at 6000 rpm with 342s in a 10 bolt on slicks without it breaking? I know 410s are out of the question. Car is stock with a few boltons. Thanks

Lol, only one way to find out. I had 20 abusive track passes with mickey thomspon drag radials and my rear held out. I didn't launch it at 6k but like 4.5-5k. Full slicks is pushing it, but hey you can probably be the first to try that out...................

I'll bring the camera! You bring the trailer! It's the equivalent of playing Russian Roulette.

All I can say is good luck with any type of sticky tire on a 10 bolt. It seems to be a hit and miss on WHEN they break. It will happen though. Be prepared to tow it home everytime you put a sticky tire on it with a 6 speed. That way at least it is not an inconvenience.

Depends on the clutch. My clutch would slip with 3k launch on nittos
