Default 3.73 Vs 4.11 which is stronger?

I have 4.11's in my bolt.. dont worry im only pushing 325rwhp.. anyways they came in the car when i bought it..

I dont drag race but i do road racing, time attack, canyon driving type.. im thinking of switching to 3.73 gears.. are these less prone to breaking like the higher gearing..

also.. is it worth doing?

thanks

WELL, to answer your original question...yes..the 373 will be MARGINALLY stronger than 411's..due to the size of the teeth on the ring and the pinion. If u are not using sticky tires I would leave them in.

10 BOLTS ARE 10 BOLTS--373-410 is not that much different really...on borrowed time with these rears if racing ....period.

Gotta go with NHRAMAN on this one. Save up the money for the 12 bolt or 9" inch.

I know this, that in the GTo or Holden built cars the 3,7s & 3.9s are pretty strong, but I do know of failures with the 411s.

Quick Reply: 3.73 Vs 4.11 which is stronger?
