Driveshaft/Pinion Yoke Hey guys I was wondering about how much play is acceptable in the pinion yoke? I am installing an 3.5" aluminum driveshaft and noticed about 1mm or so of play when twisting the pinion yoke. I also wanted to know if the ls1 slip yoke is a different material than the lt1? I'm reusing the original slip yoke at this point. I am upgrading because of the known vibration at high speeds with the steel 2.5". What do you think about the stock slip yoke vs upgrading it as well. This is a stock bolt-on daily driver. Thanks, Jon.
