Rear end prob?

Rear end prob? When I turn my wheel all the way to the left, for like going up a drive way, I hear a popping, clunking noise and it looks like my LH axle is moving when it pops. '99 SS so I guess its a torsen. How much longer does it have or will it still last a while. It seems like it started after subframes, relo brackets and control arms but Ive checked and retightened all the bolts and it all looks good. Maybe a bad carrier.
