Default TA or Summit diff cover?

Has anyone in here got the rear end cover and bearing support kit from summit? Its $150 for the cover and the bearing support studs, whereas the kit from Thunderracing is $154 plus $24 for the bearing support kit. Just curious as to how the two perform? Thanks in advance.

You might want to double check. Both come with the bearing support kit; it is an integral part of the cover itself.

i think he's refering to the bearing studs...to replace the bearing bolts.

just be for-warned i had to grind clearances on the Inside edge of the gasket surface of the cover for the stud kit bolts to clear…it was a PITA.

Mine is a MAC cover….here is the pic of the clearances I had to grind

I have the trickflow one. It is almost identical to the summit but I think a little cheaper. It is pretty sweet cause it came with ARP hardware. I am happy and it makes the rear look so much better.
