Default How strong are the AAM 3.73s?

Just bought a set and from what I understand these gears are the same as genuine GM. Is there anyone out there with an A4 who bracket races on a regular basis who can give me any idea of there longevity?
I have been racing with the original factory 3.23s for the past 5 years.
Thanks

I got aam 3.42 gears installed almost 2 years ago, no problems so far they have held up to the drag radials!

They are some of the strongest gears available in that ratio. I dont think it would be a bad choice...

Ok, now that I'm going to install the gears, what else do I need to make the rear as strong as possible?
Also, what about pinion depth, pinion bearing load, carrier bearing load and back lash specs?
Thanks
