Worth it to change gears?

Worth it to change gears? just put a yank 3600 stall in the car, my friends seem to be big on swapping out gears but from what ive read it doesnt seem like the gain is worth the cost. right now i have 3:23, is it worth it to go a little higher?

it will make you a little bit quicker but for the money it isnt worth it. Gas Mileage will also go down.
