Is going from 3.42's to 3.73's a noticeable difference with a 4L60-E?

Just wondering if it is worth it. This would be for a street driven vehicle so anything higher than 3.73's is out of the question for me.

I will have mine in next week and I can let you know. I am not expecting night and day difference but hopefully it will make the converter feel a little tighter. I know that the swap I made from 3.23 to 3.42 was almost un-noticeable.

It is a huge difference but then again i am an A4 and i had my Torque Management tuned out... So i felt the difference... As far as running it side by side with another SS... He has bolts ons and he only put 5 on me with his 3.73's (is this helps at all)

I do. I just made the swap from 3.42 to 3.73. I made other changes at the same time so I don't have a direct comparison of track times. It did not make a huge difference in the seat of the pants feel, but it was noticeable. The biggest plus for me was that it made the converter feel a good bit tighter. I do enjoy driving the car on the street more after the swap.
I made the swap by putting in my spare rear end. I will be putting 4.10s in my 3.42 rear end and swapping it back pretty soon. IMO a 3.42 to 3.73 swap is a borderline waste of money and effort.
