A friend gave me a complete drum to drum 9 inch out of who knows what? But it was free and measured something like 53 and 1/2 inches from drum to drum. How much work would be needed to get this into my 94?

Your best bet is to buy a Moser 9 inch housing and axle package for $1,000.00 shipped, and use the third member from your nine inch. Bob

How much would a bare housing/axle package be, 62.5" drive flange to drive flange, with the largest possible shafts that will work with a proper limited slip diff for road use ?

Additionally, id need 4-link brackets, and coilover brackets, although not necessarily installed, as I can do that myself.
Id need shafts with custom PCD etc.
Id prefer a pressed steel style casing, as they appear to be more compact than the fabbed housings.
