Default Swapped rearend, problem.

I bought a 99 Transam and the rearend was bad in it so I got one out of a junk yard and put it in and now when I hit the brakes the pedal has a weird notchy feel to it as it is going down and my "low trac" light comes on. Any ideas?

If you have a traction control car you have a 4channel rear end. Make sure the rear end you put in is also a 4channel. If it's a 3 channel it could cause this problem with the ABS system. Im no expert with this problem ive just heard of this problem be4. All you need to do is swap the axels from the 4channel over to the 3channel since the 4channel axels have the traction control sensors.
