Default Moser 12-bolt Kaboom

Well after several yrs of abuse my moser 12 bolt posi ring and pinouin got destroyed on my first track pass.Car hoooked then see ya r-p now car is not daily driver weekened only can I go with a spool?I want to say I had my moser for about 5yrs now lots of burn -outs and track passes on it It saw a hard life gears were 410's and I make around 500 rwhp on motor.How much is a spool setup for my rear?

So you raced it for years or broke it on the first track pass? It says two different things.

Either way a spool is about 200 bucks. If you're going to race it and beat on the gears and don't drive it much you might look at going with a pro gear. If your car has c-clips you'll need axles with c-clip eliminators.

Personally I would have the moser or strange housing ends put on it so you can run axles with a pressed on bearing and not have to deal with it.

Then you can run a 33 spline spool and axles. I ran the same setup to 9.30's in my old car without any issues.

Thanx for the info man, and just to clear it up i was at a track rental and the rear broke on my first pass of the day.
