Default How are 8.8s

i wanted to know if people are using 8.8s, and if there holding, and a good gear to go with for a all motor soon to be procharged m6 car?

I like mine so far, i've seen 8.8 built good handle 1.30 60fts all day long! i know some people will disagree wit me but oh well! But u cant beat a 9" by anymeans...

Also i have 3.90s in mine good gear for the track and plus its still at 1,400rpm@55mph

for the amount of worked involved and the cost ifference it is not worth it. I would simply ask WHY?

i wanted to use a 8.8 because i hear that they take less to turn and there lighter and its really no that much to do i can get one all done mad for my car from a place called DTS they will build it full for me.

if you can do your own fab work, it would be worth it. for the most part a excellent cost alternative.

what about a dana 60 i heard good things on them and i got a good price for one and it comes with 35 spline and full fab for my car.
