3rd gear lockup questions How much additional MPH can be achieved in the quarter mile by locking the converter in 3rd gear at about 100 MPH. Right now, the car traps at 116 MPH using a yank ST3500. I do have LS1 Edit and can lock the converter in 3rd at my choice of MPH. What potential ET could be reduced also?
