Default axle bearings getting pressed on??

have a moser 9 inch here and was going to replace the axle bearings before I put it in, my question is a simple one...

can/do I get the bearings pressed on and still swap the brakes over? or do I need to do that first?

as in I just bring in the axles to a machine shop and have the bearings pressed on?

sorry for the dumb question new to this.

All it takes is a simple hydraulic press and a pair of plates to press the bearings on, nothing magical about it. Any machine shop can easily do it and I would think $20.00 would be fair for the few minutes worth of work.

The brake back plates have to go on before the bearings, don't forget. Getting the bearing ring off is the PITA, most cut the damn thing off.

thats what I was looking for... knew getting them pressed on was no big deal just didn't know what needed to be on first.

Holy shat that is insane. It takes less than 45 seconds of work per axle.
