moser 12 bolt vent tube??

Default moser 12 bolt vent tube??
Okay I installed my moser 12 bolt and there is an NPT fitting with a hose on the left tube. Is this a vent or a filling hole.....
I noticed after my first time taking it out there was oil comming out from it...can i just plug the hole?

It is the vent tube, you don't want to plug it, just use a longer hose and mount it up higher.

We run a 2 ft line up and tie if off of the fuel tank strap.
