Default Rear axle still leaking after replacing seal

The driver's side rear axle was leaking last summer and we replaced the seal which I thought fixed it. Everything was fine after that and the last 4 months the car has only been driven a few times till this weekend when it went to our friends who were doing a major retune and going to dyno it also. Well this morning he told me that the left side was leaking yesterday while it was on the dyno.....just a little went. Does anyone know any possible causes of this?

TIA
Michelle

It's a stock 10 bolt. I havent had a chance to take a look at it yet since the tuners told me it was leaking....its still at their shop but I will be picking it up tomorrow.

Does the axle have any marks on it near the seal? If it's rough, it may tear up the rubber on the seal. Otherwise, it may not have been fully seated.

kaliente...we just got the car back today from the dyno place so we havent had time to look but something they told me that I need further insight on. They said when it was on the dyno the whole floor was shaking from the car and its a cement floor. Also I have noticed the car shaking when over 50 mph but thought it was from a wheel weight as one is missing. Could a bent axle cause shaking of the car?? This shaking is pretty pronounced and does seem to be coming from the back wheels
