Default what should I do?

I have a 2001 trans am with a 6speed swap, its geared ridiculously high, what kind of gears do you guys think would be good I drive alot of city, but I dont want it to be to radical.

Any feed back would be much appreciated.

I daily drive an M6 with 4.10s on about 50/50 highway/city. I don't find it very radical.

when your cruisn on the freeway at lets say 75 what are your rpms at?
